Section 9002(13) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 ( 33 U.S.C. 3301(13) ) is amended— by inserting , or improvement after removal ; and by inserting , increase resiliency to extreme weather events, after flood risk . Section 9005(h) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 ( 33 U.S.C. 3303a(h) ) is amended— in paragraph (7), by striking $10,000,000 and inserting $25,000,000 ; and by adding at the end the following: To the maximum extent practicable, the Secretary shall prioritize the provision of assistance under this subsection to economically disadvantaged communities (as defined pursuant to section 160 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 ( 33 U.S.C. 2201 note;
