In this division: The term Administrator means the Administrator of USAID. The term appropriate congressional committees means the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate and the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives . Unless otherwise specified, the term Department means the Department of State. Unless otherwise specified, the term Secretary means the Secretary of State. The term USAID means the United States Agency for International Development.
