Section 834 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 ( Public Law 117–81 ; 135 Stat. 1835; 10 U.S.C. 4061 note) is amended— by redesignating subsection
(f)as subsection (g); and by inserting after subsection
(e)the following new subsection: The Secretary of Defense shall notify the congressional defense committees within 30 days after funding has been provided for a proposal selected for an award under the pilot program established under this section. .
