Locks and Dam 4, Monongahela River, Pennsylvania, authorized by section 101(18) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (106 Stat. 4803), and commonly known as the Charleroi Locks and Dam , shall be known and designated as the John P. Murtha Locks and Dam . Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the locks and dam referred to in subsection
(a)shall be deemed to be a reference to the John P. Murtha Locks and Dam .
