Section 402(a)(1) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 (134 Stat. 2742) is amended by striking 80 percent and inserting 90 percent . At the request of the applicable non-Federal interests for the project for ecosystem restoration, Great Lakes and Mississippi River Interbasin project, Brandon Road, Will County, Illinois, authorized by section 401(a)(5) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 (134 Stat. 2740), the Secretary shall not require such non-Federal interests to be jointly and severally liable for all non-Federal obligations in the project partnership agreement for the project.
