Section 2040(f) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 ( 33 U.S.C. 2345(f) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking Water Resources Development Act of 2016 and inserting ; and Water Resources Development Act of 2022 by striking paragraph
(2)and inserting the following: The Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate a quarterly update describing the status of the implementation of this section. .
