Section 118 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 ( 33 U.S.C. 2201 note) is amended— in subsection (b)(2)— in subparagraph (A), by striking publish and inserting annually publish ; and in subparagraph (C), by striking select and inserting , subject to the availability of appropriations, annually select ; and in subsection (c)(2), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking projects and inserting projects annually . Section 165(a) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 ( 33 U.S.C. 2201 note) is amended in paragraph (2)(B), by striking 10 and inserting 20 .
