Sec. 807. Amendments to contractor employee protections from reprisal for disclosure of certain information

Section 4701 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (2)(G), by striking or subcontractor and inserting , subcontractor, grantee, subgrantee, or personal services contractor ; and in paragraph (3)(A), by striking or subcontractor and inserting , subcontractor, grantee, subgrantee, or personal services contractor ; in subsection (b)(1), by striking contractor concerned and inserting contractor, subcontractor, grantee, subgrantee, or personal services contractor concerned ; in subsection (c)— in paragraph (1)— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking contractor concerned and inserting contractor, subcontractor, grantee, subgrantee, or personal services contractor concerned ; in subparagraph (A), by inserting , subcontractor, grantee, subgrantee, or personal services contractor after contractor ; in subparagraph (B), by inserting , subcontractor, grantee, subgrantee, or personal services contractor after contractor ; in subparagraph (C), by inserting , subcontractor, grantee, subgrantee, or personal services contractor after contractor ; and by inserting at the end the following new subparagraph:
Consider disciplinary or corrective action against any official of the Department of Defense. ; and in paragraph (2), by inserting , subcontractor, grantee, subgrantee, or personal services contractor after contractor ; in subsection (d), by striking and subcontractors and inserting , subcontractors, grantees, subgrantees, or personal services contractors ; in subsection (e)(2)— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking or grantee of and inserting grantee, subgrantee, or personal services contractor of ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking or grantee and inserting grantee, or subgrantee ; and in subsection (g)(5), by inserting or grants after contracts .
Section 4712 of title 41, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1), by striking or subgrantee and inserting subgrantee, ; in paragraph (2), by striking or subgrantee and inserting subgrantee, or personal services contractor ; and in paragraph (3), by striking or subgrantee and inserting subgrantee, or personal services contractor ; in subsection (b)(1), by striking or subgrantee concerned and inserting subgrantee, or personal services contractor concerned ; in subsection (c)— in paragraph (1)— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking or subgrantee concerned and inserting subgrantee, or personal services contractor concerned ; in subparagraph (A), by striking or subgrantee and inserting subgrantee, or personal services contractor ; in subparagraph (B), by striking or subgrantee and inserting subgrantee, or personal services contractor ; in subparagraph (C), by striking or subgrantee and inserting subgrantee, or personal services contractor ; and by inserting at the end the following new subparagraph:
Consider disciplinary or corrective action against any official of the executive agency, if appropriate. ; and in paragraph (2), by striking or subgrantee and inserting subgrantee, or personal services contractor ; in subsection (d), by striking and subgrantees and inserting subgrantees, and personal services contractors ; and in subsection (f), by striking or subgrantee each place it appears and inserting subgrantee, or personal services contractor .
