Section 15(a) of the Central Intelligence Agency Act of 1949 ( 50 U.S.C. 3515(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph (C), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; by redesignating subparagraph
(D)as subparagraph (E); by inserting after subparagraph
(C)the following: within an installation owned, or contracted to be occupied for a period of one year or longer, by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence; and ; and in subparagraph (E), as redesignated by subparagraph (B), by inserting or
(D)after in subparagraph
(C); in paragraph (2), by striking or
(D)and inserting or
(E); and in paragraph (4), by striking in subparagraph
(A)or
(C)and inserting in subparagraph (A), (C), or
(D). Section 5(a)(4) of such Act ( 50 U.S.C. 3506(a)(4) ) is amended by inserting and Office of the Director of National Intelligence after protection of Agency .
