Part 1 of subtitle A of the Federal Housing Enterprises Financial Safety and Soundness Act of 1992 ( 12 U.S.C. 4511 et seq. ), as amended by section 5801, is further amended by adding at the end the following: All public data assets published by the Agency shall be— made available as an open Government data asset (as defined in section 3502 of title 44, United States Code); freely available for download; rendered in a human-readable format; and accessible via application programming interface where appropriate. .
