Title I of the Federal Credit Union Act ( 12 U.S.C. 1752 et seq. ), as amended by section 5701, is further amended by adding at the end the following: All public data assets published by the Administration under this title shall be— made available as an open Government data asset (as defined in section 3502 of title 44, United States Code); freely available for download; rendered in a human-readable format; and accessible via application programming interface where appropriate. .
