Section 522(h) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( Public Law 114–92 ; 10 U.S.C. 503 note) is— is revived to read as it did immediately before its expiration on December 31, 2020; and is amended— by striking the semicolon and inserting a comma; and by striking 2020 and inserting 2025 .
