Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Army shall— establish gender-neutral physical readiness standards that ensure soldiers can perform the duties of their respective military occupational specialties; and provide to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives a briefing describing the methodology used to determine the standards established under paragraph (1).
