Sec. 361. Quarterly briefings on expenditures for establishment of fuel distribution points in United States Indo-Pacific Command area of responsibility

On a quarterly basis until the date that is two years after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Commander of United States Indo-Pacific Command shall provide to the congressional defense committees briefings on the use of the funds described in subsection (c). Each briefing under subsection
(a)shall include an expenditure plan for the establishment of fuel distribution points in the area of responsibility of United States Indo-Pacific Command relating to the defueling and closure of the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility. The funds described in this subsection are the amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise made available for fiscal year 2023 for Military Construction, Defense-wide for Planning and Design for United States Indo-Pacific Command.
