The Atomic Energy Defense Act ( 50 U.S.C. 2501 et seq. ) is amended— in title XLII— in subtitle A, by striking section 4215; and in subtitle B, by striking section 4235; and in title XLIV— in subtitle A, by striking section 4403; in subtitle C, by striking sections 4444, 4445, and 4446; and in subtitle D, by striking section 4454. The table of contents for the Atomic Energy Defense Act is amended by striking the items relating to sections 4215, 4235, 4403, 4444, 4445, 4446, and 4454.
Section 3124 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2004 ( 50 U.S.C. 2568 ) is repealed. Sections 3133 and 3134 of the Ronald W. Reagan National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005 ( 50 U.S.C. 2570 , 2571) are repealed. Section 3114 of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 ( 50 U.S.C. 2574 ) is repealed.
