Section 2863 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 ( Public Law 116–92 ; 133 Stat. 1899) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1)— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking cash ; and in subparagraph (B), by inserting and construction after The design ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: Contributions may be accepted under this subsection in any of the forms referred to in section 2350k(c) of title 10, United States Code. ; and in subsection (b), by striking Contributions and inserting Cash contributions .
