Section 2891a of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by redesignating subsection
(e)as subsection (f); and by inserting after subsection
(d)the following new subsection (e): The Secretary concerned shall be responsible for— providing for a mold inspection of each vacant housing unit before any new tenant moves into the unit; and providing to the new tenant the results of the inspection. .
