Using amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 2403(a) and available for military construction projects inside the United States as specified in the funding table in section 4601, the Secretary of Defense may acquire real property and carry out military construction projects for the installations or locations inside the United States, and in the amounts, set forth in the following table: Defense Agencies: Inside the United States State Installation or Location Amount Alabama Redstone Arsenal $151,000,000 California Naval Base Coronado $75,712,000 Florida Hurlburt Field $9,100,000 MacDill Air Force Base $50,000,000 North Carolina Fort Bragg $34,470,000 Texas Joint Base San Antonio $58,600,000 Virginia Dam Neck $26,600,000 Pentagon $18,000,000 Using amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 2403(a) and available for military construction projects outside the United States as specified in the funding table in section 4601, the Secretary of Defense may acquire real property and carry out military construction projects for the installations or locations outside the United States, and in the amounts, set forth in the following table:
