Using amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 2103(a) and available for military construction projects inside the United States as specified in the funding table in section 4601, the Secretary of the Army may acquire real property and carry out military construction projects for the installations or locations inside the United States, and in the amounts, set forth in the following table: Army: Inside the United States State Installation or Location Amount Alabama Redstone Arsenal $102,000,000 Alaska Fort Wainwright $99,000,000 Colorado Fort Carson $14,200,000 Hawaii Fort Shafter $33,000,000 Schofield Barracks $159,000,000 Tripler Army Medical Center $38,000,000 Louisiana Fort Polk $32,000,000 Maryland Aberdeen Proving Ground $85,000,000 Mississippi Engineer Research and Development Center $20,000,000 New Jersey Picatinny Arsenal $15,654,000 New York Fort Drum $3,600,000 North Carolina Fort Bragg $34,000,000 Pennsylvania Letterkenny Army Depot $38,000,000 Texas Corpus Christi Army Depot $103,000,000 Fort Bliss $15,000,000 Fort Hood $19,000,000 Washington Joint Base Lewis-McChord $49,000,000 Using amounts appropriated pursuant to the authorization of appropriations in section 2103(a) and available for military construction projects outside the United States as specified in the funding table in section 4601, the Secretary of the Army may acquire real property and carry out military construction projects for the installations outside the United States, and in the amounts, set forth in the following table:
