Section 4502 of title 46, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (i)(4) by striking each of fiscal years 2018 through 2021 and inserting fiscal year 2023 ; and in subsection (j)(4) by striking each of fiscal years 2018 through 2021 and inserting fiscal year 2023 . Section 9 of the Maritime Debris Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1958 ) is amended— in subsection
(a)by striking each of fiscal years 2018 through 2022 and inserting fiscal year 2023 ; and in subsection
(b)by striking 2702(1) and inserting 4902(1) .
