During fiscal year 2022, section 614 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 ( 22 U.S.C. 2364 ) shall be applied— in subsection (a)(4)(A)(ii), by substituting $1,000,000,000 for $250,000,000 ; and in subsection (a)(4)(C), by substituting $200,000,000 for $50,000,000 , $1,000,000,000 for $250,000,000 , $1,000,000,000 for $500,000,000 , and $1,750,000,000 for $1,000,000,000 .
