Section 703 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ( 21 U.S.C. 373 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The limitations on the Secretary’s use of evidence obtained under this section, or any evidence which is directly or indirectly derived from such evidence, in a criminal prosecution of the person from whom such evidence was obtained shall not apply to evidence, including records or other information, obtained under authorities other than this section, unless such limitations are specifically incorporated by reference in such other authorities. .
