Sections 744G and 744H of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ( 21 U.S.C. 379j–51 , 379j–52) shall cease to be effective October 1, 2027. Section 744I of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act shall cease to be effective January 31, 2028. Effective October 1, 2022, subsections

(a)and

(b)of section 405 of the FDA Reauthorization Act of 2017 ( Public Law 115–52 ) are repealed.
