(D)to read as follows: developing, implementing, and expanding efforts to prevent overdose death from opioid or other prescription medication use disorders; and ; and in subparagraph (E), by striking abuse and inserting use disorders ; and in paragraph (4), by striking abuse each place it appears and inserting use disorders ; and by striking 2017 through 2021 and inserting 2023 through 2027 .
