Section 520G of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 290bb–38 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— by striking up to 125 ; and by striking tribes and tribal organizations and inserting Tribes and Tribal organizations ; in subsection (b)(2), by striking tribes, and tribal organizations and inserting Tribes, and Tribal organizations ; in subsection (c)— in paragraph (1), by striking tribe or tribal organization and inserting Tribe or Tribal organization, health facility or program described in subsection (a), or public or nonprofit entity referred to in subsection
(a); and in paragraph (2)(A)(iii), by striking tribe, or tribal organization and inserting Tribe, or Tribal organization ; in subsection (e)— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking tribe, or tribal organization and inserting Tribe, or Tribal organization ; and in paragraph (5), by striking or arrest and inserting , arrest, or release ; in subsection (f), by striking tribe, or tribal organization each place it appears and inserting Tribe, or Tribal organization ; in subsection (h), by striking tribe, or tribal organization and inserting Tribe, or Tribal organization ; and in subsection (j), by striking $4,269,000 for each of fiscal years 2018 through 2022 and inserting $14,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2027 .
