Section 549 of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 290ee–4 ) is amended— in the heading, by striking and inserting on college campuses ; at institutions of higher education in subsection (c)(2), by inserting , including minority-serving institutions as described in section 371(a) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( after 20 U.S.C. 1067q ) and community colleges higher education ; and in subsection (f), by striking 2018 through 2022 and inserting 2023 through 2027 .
