Section 509 of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 290bb–2 ) is amended— in the section heading, by striking and inserting Abuse ; Use Disorder in subsection (a)— by striking tribes and tribal organizations (as the terms and inserting Indian tribes and tribal organizations are defined Tribes and Tribal organizations (as such terms are defined ; and in paragraph (3), by striking in substance abuse ; in subsection (b), in the subsection heading, by striking and inserting Abuse ; and Use Disorder in subsection (f), by striking $333,806,000 for each of fiscal years 2018 through 2022 and inserting $521,517,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2027 .
