Section 10 of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 639 ), as amended by section 301(c), is further amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: The head of the Office of Government Contracting and Business Development of the Small Business Administration shall annually appear before the Committee on Small Business of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship of the Senate to provide information on the effectiveness of Federal procurement programs operated by the Administration, including— the number of small business concerns that participate in each such program; the number of contracts and total dollar amount awarded through a competition restricted to small business concerns under each such program; the number of sole source contracts and total dollar amount awarded to small business concerns under each such program; a description of assistance provided by the Administration or resource partners to small business concerns that participate in each such program; and any other data relating to tracking the long-term success and growth of small business concerns that participate in such programs. .
