Section 21(a) of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 648(a) ) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: The Administrator shall use, as the Administrator determines appropriate, resource partners to provide business counseling and training to any small business concern adversely affected by supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, and cyberattacks. .
