In this Act: The term Administrator means the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency. The term Department means the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The term lead service line has the meaning given the term in section 1459B(a) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (42 U.S.C. 300j–19b(a)). The term pilot program means the program for providing grants established under section 6(a). The term Secretary means the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.
