The Comptroller General of the United States shall conduct a study of the best practices as of the date of enactment of this Act in recruiting and retaining women as correctional officers within the Bureau of Prisons. This report shall also include practices which have been counterproductive to any such effort. Additionally the report shall detail the demographics of the Bureau workforce as of the date of the study, disaggregated by age, racial, ethnic, and gender composition.
