Section 127 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3162 ) is amended— by amending subsection (a)(1) to read as follows: reserve 1 1/2 percent of funds appropriated under section 136(a), for each fiscal year for which funds are appropriated under such section, to provide youth workforce investment activities under section 167 (relating to migrant and seasonal farmworkers); and ; and in subsection (b)(1)— in subparagraph (A), by striking not more than 1 and inserting 1/2 2 ; and in subparagraph (B)— in clause (i), by striking 1/4 of ; by striking clause (ii); and by redesignating clause
(iii)as clause (ii).
