Section 177 (as redesignated by section 277), is amended to read as follows: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out section 166 (not including subsection
(k)of such section)— $66,400,000 for fiscal year 2023; $73,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; $80,300,000 for fiscal year 2025; $88,300,000 for fiscal year 2026; $97,100,000 for fiscal year 2027; and $106,800,000 for fiscal year 2028. There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out section 167— $109,100,000 for fiscal year 2023; $114,600,000 for fiscal year 2024; $120,300,000 for fiscal year 2025; $126,300,000 for fiscal year 2026; $132,600,000 for fiscal year 2027; and $139,200,000 for fiscal year 2028. There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out section 168— $3,600,000 for fiscal year 2023; $3,800,000 for fiscal year 2024; $4,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; $4,200,000 for fiscal year 2026; $4,400,000 for fiscal year 2027; and $4,600,000 for fiscal year 2028. There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out section 169— $116,700,000 for fiscal year 2023; $122,500,000 for fiscal year 2024; $128,600,000 for fiscal year 2025; $135,000,000 for fiscal year 2026; $141,800,000 for fiscal year 2027; and $148,900,000 for fiscal year 2028. .
