It is the sense of Congress that Arizona, and any other State that has exempted itself from the provisions of section 3(a) of the Uniform Time Act of 1966 ( 15 U.S.C. 260a(a) ), as in effect on March 15, 2022, should be able to— continue to observe permanent standard time; and elect to observe daylight saving time in the future.
