Section 30104(a) of title 46, United States Code, as so designated by section 405(a)(1), is amended by inserting , including an injury resulting from sexual assault or sexual harassment, after in the course of employment . Section 30106 of title 46, United States Code, is amended— in the section heading by striking ; for personal injury or death by striking Except as otherwise and inserting the following: Except as otherwise ; and by adding at the end the following: A civil action under subsection
(a)arising out of a maritime tort for a claim of sexual harassment or sexual assault shall be brought not more than 5 years after the cause of action for a claim of sexual harassment or sexual assault arose. . The analysis for chapter 301 of title 46, United States Code, is amended by striking the item related to section 30106 and inserting the following: 30106. Time limit on bringing maritime action. .
