Notwithstanding section 101, title II of division E of Public Law 117–103 shall be applied by adding the following new heading and appropriation language under the heading “Executive Office of the President and Funds Appropriated to the President”: For necessary expenses of the Office of the National Cyber Director, as authorized by section 1752 of the William M.
(Mac)Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 ( Public Law 116–283 ), $21,000,000, of which not to exceed $5,000 shall be available for official reception and representation expenses. .
