Amounts made available by section 101 to the Department of Housing and Urban Development for Public and Indian Housing—Native Hawaiian Housing Loan Guarantee Fund Program Account may be apportioned up to the rate for operations necessary to accommodate demand for commitments to guarantee loans as authorized by section 184A of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1992 ( 12 U.S.C. 1715z–13b ).
