In addition to amounts otherwise provided by section 101, for Department of Health and Human Services—Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration—Mental Health , there is appropriated $62,000,000, for an additional amount for fiscal year 2023, to remain available until September 30, 2023, for carrying out 988 Suicide Lifeline activities and behavioral health crisis services.
