The Director of the Institute of Education Sciences shall— not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, begin to study interventions and strategies to address learning recovery for all students, including students with disabilities, minority children, English learners, and low-income students; and disseminate, when available, the findings to State educational agencies, local educational agencies, and other appropriate entities.
