From funds paid by restitution under title IV of division B of the Dignity for Immigrants while Guarding our Nation to Ignite and Deliver the American Dream Act and available under section 286(s)(2) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1356(s)(2) ), the Secretary shall carry out this Act.
