Section 231(a) of the Second Chance Act of 2007 ( 34 U.S.C. 60541(a) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Ensuring that reentry and skills development programs for prisoners include skills training for jobs in creative industries and occupations, as defined in section 102 of the Promoting Local Arts and Creative Economy Workforce Act of 2022. .
