Sec. 204. Report on role of intelligence and security services of the Russian Federation in efforts to undermine the independence and integrity of Ukraine

Not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of National Intelligence, in coordination with the Secretary of State, shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees, the Select Committee on Intelligence of the Senate, and the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence of the House of Representatives, a report on the role of the intelligence and security services of the Russian Federation in efforts to undermine and interfere with the independence of Ukraine. The report required by subsection
(a)shall include— an assessment of the priorities and objectives of the intelligence and security services of the Russian Federation with respect to Ukraine; a detailed description of the steps taken by any intelligence or security services of the Russian Federation to undermine the stability of Ukraine or the Government of Ukraine; a complete list of the branches of the intelligence or security services of the Russian Federation that have engaged in any influence efforts or campaigns to undermine the stability of Ukraine or the Government of Ukraine; an assessment of— the tactics and techniques used by any intelligence and security services of the Russian Federation with respect to Ukraine; and the success of those tactics and techniques; and any plans by the United States to provide additional support to the Government of Ukraine to prevent internal destabilization efforts, including through intelligence sharing and support for reforms and anti-corruption efforts.
