Sec. 109. Report on security assistance and provision of defense articles to armed forces of Ukraine

Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of State shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees, the Committee on Armed Services of the Senate, and the Committee on Armed Services of the House of Representatives, a report that includes— a description of the steps the United States has taken to provide and expedite security assistance, defense articles, and any other forms of support to Ukraine and the armed forces of Ukraine, including increasing air defense capabilities, since September 1, 2021; a description of any increased assistance and support provided by allies and partners of the United States or Ukraine to Ukraine or the armed forces of Ukraine, including increasing air defense capabilities, since September 1, 2021; and a description of any plans by the United States to provide additional assistance and support to Ukraine or the armed forces of Ukraine.
