Sec. 10. Information on use of expedited hiring authority for college graduates

The head of each Executive agency shall submit to the Director of the Office of Personnel Management information on the use of the authority under section 3115 of title 5, United States Code, by such Executive agency at such time, in such manner, and containing such information as the Director determines appropriate. Not less than once each fiscal-year quarter, the Director of the Office of Personnel Management shall publish on a database described in paragraph
(2)the information received under subsection (a), including— the number individuals appointed under section 3115 of title 5, United States Code; the demographic information of such individuals; the occupational series of the positions to which such individuals were appointed; and the rates of pay for such individuals. The database described in this paragraph is a publicly available online database that is publicly available online as of the date of the enactment of this Act.
