Subparagraph
(B)of section 36(k)(5) of the State Department Basic Authorities Act of 1956 ( 22 U.S.C. 2708(k)(5) ) is amended by inserting , illegal fishing, unreported fishing, or unregulated fishing (as such terms are defined in paragraph 3 of the International Plan of Action to Prevent, Deter, and Eliminate Illegal, Unreported, and Unregulated Fishing, adopted at the 24th Session of the Committee on Fisheries in Rome on March 2, 2001), after wildlife trafficking (as defined by section 7601(12) of title 16) .
