Section 7(f) of the Rhinoceros and Tiger Conservation Act of 1994 ( 16 U.S.C. 5305a(f) ) is amended to read as follows: Amounts received as penalties, fines, or forfeiture of property (or proceeds from the sale of forfeited property) under this section— shall be made available to the Secretary without further appropriation for purposes described in section 6(d) of the Lacey Act Amendments of 1981 ( 16 U.S.C. 3375(d) ) relating to the purposes of this Act; and such funds as the Secretary determines exceed amounts necessary for purposes described in paragraph
(1)shall be deposited in the Fund. .
