Section 7014(d) of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 7714(d) ) is amended to read as follows: For the purpose of carrying out section 7007, there are authorized to be appropriated $100,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2027. .
