Section 1903(l)(5)(A) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396b(l)(5)(A) ) is amended by inserting (without the use of geographic tracking or biometrics) after electronically verified . The amendment made by subsection

(a)shall apply with respect to calendar quarters beginning on or after June 1, 2022.
