Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, and annually thereafter, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall submit to the Congress a report detailing the number of applicants that receive— a provisional denial under this Act; a final denial under this Act without seeking judicial review; a final denial under this Act after seeking judicial review; and an approval under this Act after seeking judicial review.
