Section 315(a)(9)(B) of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 ( 52 U.S.C. 30116(a)(9)(B) ) is amended by striking the period at the end and inserting the following: , and to defray technology or cybersecurity-related expenses. . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall apply with respect to calendar year 2022 and each succeeding calendar year.
